You can edit the associative section. To do this, double-click the sectional plane or the cone symbol of the sectional plane to carry out changes in a dialog box. This is also necessary when you have rotated or displaced the sectional plane and the section is to be updated.

Dialog box section Properties
Name Defines the name of the sectional plane. The name is inserted as text on the inserted section and is needed for the associativity.
If you delete the text, the section loses its associativity and cannot then be changed.
Labeling objects Labels the objects (profiles and infills) of the section.

Reversing the sectional plane Changes the direction of the section. The representation is mirrored.
Add objects Adds objects to the section. For this, the dialog box is temporarily closed and the following appears:

Remove objects Removes objects from the section. For this, the dialog box is temporarily closed and the following appears:

Update closes the dialog box and transfers the settings made to the section.
Cancel closes the dialog box and discards the settings made without updating the section.
