The list shows elements contained in the drawing or in the library with the corresponding folder structure. The storage location of the displayed library objects is shown above the list. This is either the current drawing or the path with file name.
Open Opens an existing library (*.olbx or *.olb).
The previous objects are cleared from the display. This means that: Objects from several libraries are never shown simultaneously.
Purge Deletes unreferenced (unused) library objects. For objects in the current drawing unreferenced objects are deleted. For objects in a library only the empty folders are removed.
Update Converts objects with the old olb format to the new olbx format. With drawing objects the conversion is carried out within the drawing. With an opened olb file it is saved under the same name as *.olbx.
The update function is only available in the compatibility mode and when no olbx file with the same name is present.
Search Opens the Dialog box Search. Here you can search for the library objects according to name, designation or item number.

Find Defines the search text. Here, you can work with jokers (* for any character, ? for one character).
Start Starts the search. The search results are shown in the pick list. Here you can select the desired object.
