You can call the Dialog box Table settings from the Options or from the relevant program for generating the output table.

Dialog box section Columns
Lists all possible columns of the table. In the Include column you activate the relevant tick boxes for the column which you would like to show in the table.
In the Sum column, you activate the relevant tick box when you want to output totals and subtotals of individual columns. You can control the display of the rows for totals and subtotals in the Dialog box section Sum.
Subtotals are grouped by articles. If you deactivate the article column, no subtotal is provided!
You can change the order of the table columns using drag and drop.
Dialog box section Table
Language Sets the output language of the table.
Unit Sets the units of the table.
Page length Sets the page length for multi-page tables. Enter a value here, if you want to limit the page length. If the table length exceeds the set page length, then multi-page tables are produced. The default of 0,00 signifies: Table length corresponds to the page length.
Page distance Specifies the page separation of the tables. The page distance is only effective if you have limited the table length and a multi-page table is output.
Dialog box section Scale
Scale Specifies the insertion scale of the tables. As standard, tables are scaled on insertion according to the current label scale.
Tables are not label objects which adapt automatically to scale changes. Here, scaling is actually involved!
Save settings Permanently saves the settings made for the relevant output table (e.g. for bar list tag).
Reset Discards the settings made and restores the previously saved settings.
