Assign block label

With this command you can assign further information to a block. This information is displayed when labeling the block with the command Parts labeling.
In addition, a block with this information may be assigned to an order and evaluated.
When you execute the command, the following appears:

Select block or [?]:
Choose the block to which you want to assign label texts.
After the choice of block the Dialog box Assign block label is started.

Item
Opens the Dialog box Item, where you can select an item number. You will find a detailed explanation on items in the Chapter Item.
Label
Defines a designation of the object shown in the block in the selected language.

Opens the Dialog box Label, where you can specify the designation for various languages. You will find further information on this in the section Label.
Short/Item2
Defines the short designation or a second item number of the object shown in the block.
Standard
Defines the standard of the object shown in the block.
Material
Defines the material of the object shown in the block. For this, the Dialog box Material selection is opened. You will find further information on this in the section Material selection.
Nominal size
Defines the variant of the object shown in the block. The entry must be numerical.
Length
Defines the length of the object shown in the block. The entry must be numerical.
Thickness
Defines the thickness of the object shown in the block. The entry must be numerical.
Variant
Defines the variant of the object shown in the block.
Radius
Defines the radius of the object shown in the block. The entry must be numerical.
Weight
Defines the weight of the object shown in the block. The entry must be numerical.
Area
Defines the area of the object shown in the block. The entry must be numerical.
Surface
Defines the surface of the object shown in the block. The entry must be numerical. To do this, the Dialog box Surface manager is opened. You will find further information on this in the section Surface manager.
Opens the Dialog box Label where you can configure the label settings for the selected block. You will find further information in the Chapter Labeling.
The dialog box is closed with OK. The entries are saved at the block. Cancel closes the dialog box and the inputs are discarded.
At least one field must be completed, otherwise the block name appears as the label text.
Note 
A block in the Project browser can be assigned to an order by assigning label texts. Thus, evaluation (e.g. list output) is also possible.
At least one field must be filled in order to allow order assignment.
